The purpose of this research to analyze the effect organizational justice on employee performance. Analyzing citizenship behavior performance, analyzing mediating role distributive performance and procedural at Center for Development Quality Assurance Vocational Education in Field Building Electrical Fields, Medan. This type is associative. approach used associative quantitative. So based a population 150 people, sample taken 122 people. Data collection techniques study were interviews, questionnaires. data will be analyzed with quantitative using statistical analysis, namely partial least square - structural inquiry model (PLS- SEM). results showed that Distributive Justice had positive but not significant Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Procedural has Behavior cannot mediate or Employee Performance. mediates
